This is one of the yummiest smoothie bowls you'll ever make. Made in the Vibe Blender System, this decadent chocolate smoothie bowl is blissfully smooth, creamy and thick. We guarantee it will satisfy your deep chocolate cravings because it tastes and feels like chocolate mousse (but without all the unhealthy added sugars). 

This easy smoothie bowl is packed with protein, fibre and antioxidants and is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. Whether you need a chocolate fix, breakfast inspiration or a healthy dessert, this bowl of goodness is a winner.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plant-based milk (we used homemade almond milk)
2 frozen bananas - chopped
2 frozen mango cheeks - chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple (optional)

Top with:
Peanut butter / almond butter 
Homemade healthy Nutella 
Chia seeds
Muesli / granola
Cacao nibs
Coconut
Crushed nuts
Banana
Berries

METHOD

1.   Add all of the ingredients into the Vibe Blender jug
2.   Blend on ‘smoothie’ mode for approximately 40 seconds or until smooth.

3.   Pour into a bowl then add a sprinkling of nutritious toppings.
4.   Enjoy right away. Left overs can be stored in the fridge for 2 days. Even when the fruit has defrosted the texture continues to be mousse-like.
