DESCRIPTION
The Luvele Eclipse Meat Grinder combines superior home performance with professional design features. It's build with premium metal gearing and a super powerful 3000W pure copper motor. It has a gun-metal grey, die-cast aluminum body, which provides a unique balance between strength & elegance.
The Two speed controls, plus reverse mode, provide added control and flexibility.We have also developed a quick release head, for ease of use.
The Luvele Eclipse also comes with a full suite of accessories. Including the unique 'Luvele designed' stainless steel sausage nozzles, featuring the extra-large 32mm nozzle for extra-thick sausages, plus a 22mm and a 16mm nozzle. While the Luvele designed 'Smooth-Flow' two hole sausage filling plate, allows for smooth and easy sausage making.
We include a 5mm and 8mm stainless steel cutting plate. Also include are the Kibbe accessories.

Received the Eclipse last week and after 12 kilos worth of sausage making I can confirm my initial impression is really good. Build quality seems very solid, time will tell but it looks like it's built to last. I can't believe that I spent years struggling with the plastic attachment on a world famous brand of mixing machine. I managed to do everything in a fraction of the time with the eclipse. What's really exceptional was Luvele's customer service. There were some challenges with delivery, not Luvele's fault. Luvele customer support worked really hard to get the product to me. I was given updates on a regular basis on status. I never once had to make a query as they were always one step ahead of me. Way better support than I have experienced with any company in the past. Well done Luvele and thank you.

Excellent product! really easy to use, clean and it helps you improve your efficiency. I am from South America and we do a type a sausage that is called longanisa, it has several spices plus some cook vegetables and grinding everything together gives me the possibility to make it the 'real' way. I also use it to grind nixtamalize corn for making fresh masa for tortillas, arepas and so many different preparations with corn, this machine has the power to grind the maise without much effort and thats what i love about it! and will try more new things this 2020 with the eclipse grinder.
